Good Rising! Great Cleansing and Awakenings!

Today was Day 10. I have completed the first Kemetic Week of this cleanse/fast: 5 Days Raw and 5 Days Juice. Still well within my comfort zone. My energy has been fantastic! In fact, on Day 8, I WENT ON AN 8 MILE BIKE RIDE!

Yes, I have been experiencing tremendous clarity and experiencing breakthroughs in so many areas of my life. I should be writing everything down, but life is keeping me so busy. Some of the things that have happened: a so-called tenant was finally evicted after like one year. The solution as well as the reason for why my website has been down since last AUGUST???? I have obtained some products that are known for healing my biggest health challenge. I have even gained clarity on the direction of my music performances. And  the most important issue that I am seeking healing and clarity around, has resurfaced in my life, confirming for me, and showing me that the way to healing from it is to deal with it. I know that all of this is, like I mentioned previously, in alignment with my Chiron Return. I wrote a song after my Saturn Return, I will have to write one about my Chiron Return too!

Astrologer Wendy Guy describes Chiron as representing “the wounds we carry on all levels – physical, emotional, spiritual, psychological, etc.” In her article,Chiron in Pisces:  Surrendering to the Wounded Healer, Wendy writes,

 “Chiron symbolizes our experience of pain, alienation and woundedness, and is therefore connected to suffering in one form or another. In mythology, the centaur Chiron sustained a wound that never healed and he was said to have suffered unceasingly from it. Anyhoo, so tonight, I am at the threshold of something new and I am so grateful.

For my water phase, TWENTY DAYS, I will be drinking plain well water as well as bottled smart water, and fruit or veggie infusions: meaning, just leaving some slices of fruits or veggies in the water before drinking. I will also be drinking coconut water from time to time. really looking forward to trying out e3live, which is a liquid blue green algae from Klamath Lake in Oregon. I tried super bluegreen algae once before, like 15 years ago, to deal with my health issue, and it really helped a lot. But, at the time, I let the cost of using the product take priority over the cost of NOT using it.

Already, everyday, I drink water that has been soaking (8 hours or overnite) with chia seeds and a dash of pink Himalayan crystal salt. My holistic health nurse practitioner Amy told me to do this years ago, to stay hydrated. I also keep a quartz crystal over the container. I can feel the difference when I do not keep up this practice.  So, the next post will be about my life outside of the earthly comfort zone, and deeper into the inner zone, which is beyond earthly comfort anyway… actually, so far I have really enjoyed the freedom of not having to prepare, cook, or even purchase food. It is giving me more time for meditation, and also more time to find solutions to long standing problems.
