This story begins with my dentists always telling me that I had a beautiful smile. I knew that my mom got dentures before she was twenty! She was tricked into this scheme back in the 1950’s. Weren’t they still riding on dinosaurs back then??? LOL! Like in the Flintstones Era????? EVER NOTICE, THERE WERE NO BLACK PEOPLE OR EVEN BROWN PEOPLE IN THE FLINTSTONES? That’s cuz they know we were living with Pyramids and Temples, not caves, during this time.
Anyway, once I became a young mother in the late 80’s, I stopped going to the doctor, dentist, drugstore, etc. ALTOGETHER. My husband at the time did not like the dentist, so we just never went! We dd not eat sugar, so I thought we would be fine. We were for the most part, except for the time my oldest daughter got a piece of CAROB chip stuck between her teeth, and she got a cavity. Other than that, no dental drama.
Then, in the year 2001, right before our first trip out west with our music, for the Sierra Nevada World Music festival, I started using throat lozenges made with honey for when I was touring to help with my voice. One day, the store was out of stock with the honey lozenges. I tried some with sugar, and experienced my first dental crisis EVER. It started with a recurring dream of my teeth being made of glass, and then they all started breaking and I lost my beautiful smile. Then after the third morning waking from this nightmare, I HAD A TOOTHACHE! It was Saturday, and the wonderful holistic dentist office was closed!!! I lived with EXCRUCIATING pain until Monday! I do not take drugs or painkillers, all natural here. OUCH!!!!!
On Monday, Dr. Wilbur pulled that tooth, and gave me the scoop: ‘IT’S NOT YOUR TEETH YOU NEED TO WORRY ABOUT, IT IS YOUR GUMS. YOU WILL NEED DENTURES OR SURGERY, ROOT CANAL.” I’m like NOOOOO WAAAAAAY and I getting dentures or surgery, I am only 40 years old! FTS!!!!!
So, I did some research, and carried out the procedures listed below. When I went back to the dentist, two months later, Dr. Wilbur said to me: ” I DON’T KNOW WHAT YOU DID, BUT IF YOU CAN MAINTAIN THIS, YOU WILL NOT NEED DENTURES OR SURGERY.” That was 15 years ago. No dentures, no surgery!!!
Update: in 2007, for some stupid reason, while I was living in Brasil for two months, I started eating pastries, as if the sugar over there would not cause me any problems! LOL!!! WRONG! One tooth just cracked and fell out! omgg. Then , in 2009, I tried those stupid CORN NUTS for first time, and half of a tooth fell out. Plus, I HAD STOPPED THIS REGIME FOR SOME OTHER STUPID REASON!!!! These issues led me to find the one dentist that I trust today, and he is in TIJUANA, MEXICO. DENTAL CARE TIJUANA ASK FOR DR, SERGIO.
Now that these issues have been cleared up, I am back to my regimen. At least once or twice a week. If there is a crisis, like pain caused by something stuck between my teeth, (which is usually POPCORN, that I love to eat very much!), I simply carry out this process until it and the pain have been washed away. I go the the dentist every two years for maintenance and extra deep cleaning, but no surgery or dentures.

This means that it is TIME FOR MAJOR DETOX!!!!!
Natural Dental Care is Holistic Dental Care, because this involves the entire body, not just your teeth.
Natural Dental Care is cost effective, because you will have to go to the dentist less often, and spend less money when you do go. Perhaps, you will never have to go!!!! You can even make your own tinctures, grow the herbs in your garden yourself! The Miswack Sticks are very inexpensive. And, you can order them from me! How cool is that???
YOU MUST DO THIS. DO THE BEST THAT YOU CAN. THE MORE YOU DO, THE BETTER IT IS FOR YOU AND THE FASTER YOU WILL HEAL. I am willing to support you over phone and internet, like a coach. I need to practice anyway! I did it, and so can YOU! I take these items with me whenever I travel in case emergency happens. I gave away my travel water pik to someone in Cairo that needed it more than me. I need to get another one before I go back to Jamaica! LOL!!
Queen Afua also has a Sacred Woman Program, which I did at the same time as the Incurables Program.
